MATLAB: Why is there a dirty flag on the original Matlab Simulink model after the import interface in TPT?

After the import interface in the Matlab Platform a dirty flag might be displayed on the original model. Did TPT change anything in the model?
No, TPT changes a few diagnostic settings (e.g.: unconnected line message to none), a possibly referenced configset is resolved and bus creator blocks are inserted, because they provide detailed information about the signal structure during compile.
ALL changes are always reverted afterwards. The original model is not changed, although the dirty flag is still there (unfortunately not updated by MATLAB).
